REFUND POLICY AND 2-CYCLE GUARANTEE

Ovahug is a brand operated by Vibora Group LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. This policy applies to every order placed on the Ovahug store.
OUR 2-CYCLE MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Period pain is personal, so we want you to try Ovahug on your own body, through real period days. You have two full cycles, which means 60 days from the date your order is delivered.
If Ovahug doesn't make day one easier for you, email contactovahug@gmail.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a few words on how it went. We will send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive the pad back with its cable, we refund the price you paid for it to your original payment method. No questions asked, no restocking fee.
A few details, so everything stays fair:
- The guarantee covers one refund per customer and applies to pads bought directly from us.
- For the 2-pack, you can return one pad or both. We refund each returned pad at the price it cost within your order.
- Free gifts, such as the sleep masks included with the 2-pack, are yours to keep. You do not need to return them.
- Shipping was free, so there is no shipping cost to refund.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, if a part is missing, or if we sent the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement at no cost. If a replacement is not possible, we refund the affected item. This is in addition to the 2-cycle guarantee.
LOST OR LATE PARCELS
Parcels that are lost, stolen after a delivery scan, or significantly delayed are handled as described in our Shipping Policy.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
An order can be cancelled until it is dispatched. Email us as soon as possible with your order number; if it has not shipped yet, we cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, you are still covered by the 2-cycle guarantee above.
ORDERS WE CANNOT FULFILL
If we are unable to ship your order for any reason, we refund you in full.
HOW REFUNDS ARE PAID
Refunds go to your original payment method within 3 business days of our approving them. Your bank or card issuer then typically takes 5 to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
