SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to US territories and APO/FPO addresses. We deliver to street addresses and to PO boxes. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

COST

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum and no surcharge at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed before 2 PM Mountain Time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, at the weekend or on a US public holiday are dispatched the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders arrive in 5 to 8 business days from dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders ship from within the United States, so there are no customs charges or import duties.

TRACKING

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan. If your tracking has not moved for 5 business days, email us and we will chase the carrier for you.

DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

Severe weather, carrier backlogs and holidays occasionally add a few days. We will always tell you if we know your order is affected. If a parcel is more than 10 business days late, contact us and we will reship it at no cost.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you do not have it, check with your neighbors and your building's mail room first, then email us within 7 days of the delivery scan. We will open a claim with the carrier and, in the meantime, reship your order. We do not leave you to fight the carrier alone.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an address error, we will reship it once at no charge.

MULTIPLE ITEMS

Orders with more than one item, such as the 2-pack with its free sleep masks, usually arrive in a single parcel. Occasionally they ship separately, in which case you receive a tracking number for each.
