TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms are an agreement between you and Vibora Group LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company trading as Ovahug, 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #9874, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States. They govern your use of the Ovahug website and any purchase you make on it. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. WHO CAN BUY

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

2. PRODUCTS, DESCRIPTIONS AND IMAGES

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs and videos are representative, and some videos are dramatizations of typical use. We may change products, prices and specifications at any time; changes never apply to an order we have already accepted.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies. Payment is taken at the time of purchase. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfill it; we will contact you before doing so.

4. ORDERS

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, including where we suspect fraud or where the order appears to be for resale.

5. SHIPPING, GUARANTEE AND REFUNDS

Our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy form part of these terms. In short: shipping is free, orders arrive in 5 to 8 business days, and you can try Ovahug for two full cycles (60 days from delivery) with a money-back guarantee, as described in our Refund Policy.

6. HEALTH AND SAFE USE: PLEASE READ

Ovahug is a wearable heat and massage pad for personal comfort. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice or replaces the advice of a doctor. Where we mention research on heat therapy, that research concerns heat therapy in general and not our specific product. Results vary from person to person.

Period pain that is severe, sudden, unusual or getting worse can be a sign of a condition such as endometriosis. Please see a doctor, and do not delay medical care because of anything you read here. Ovahug can be used on its own or alongside medication your doctor has recommended; never stop a treatment without talking to your doctor.

For safe use:

  • Start on the lowest heat level and increase gradually. Stop if the heat feels too strong or your skin becomes red or irritated.
  • Do not use it while sleeping, and do not sit or lie on the pad.
  • Do not use it on broken, numb, burned or irritated skin, or on an area with reduced sensation.
  • Ask your doctor before use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, diabetes, poor circulation, or any condition that reduces your sensitivity to heat.
  • Not for use by children or by anyone who cannot remove the pad themselves.
  • Charge only with a suitable USB-C cable, keep the pad away from water, and do not use it if it is damaged.

Each session turns itself off automatically. Please read the instructions supplied with the product.

7. YOUR USE OF THE SITE

You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy it systematically, to place fraudulent orders, or to impersonate anyone.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Ovahug name, logo, site design, photographs, videos and written content belong to Vibora Group LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. If you send us a photo, video or review, you give us permission to use it on our site, in our email and in our advertising, with your first name. You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us and we will remove it.

9. REVIEWS

Reviews reflect the personal experience of the customers who wrote them. Individual experiences vary and are not a guarantee of the results you will get. We remove content that is abusive, unlawful or clearly not from a real customer.

10. THIRD PARTY LINKS

Where we link to another site, we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Except where the law does not allow it, the site is provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, beyond the guarantees set out in our Refund Policy and Terms of Sale. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so part of this section may not apply to you.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent the law allows, Vibora Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, arising out of your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Some states do not allow these limitations, so part of this section may not apply to you.

13. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify Vibora Group LLC against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. Before filing anything, please email us: we answer within one business day and almost every issue is resolved quickly by email.

15. SEVERABILITY, WAIVER AND CHANGES

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force, and our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
